This 8-message drip marketing campaign was developed to attract experienced real estate agents from competing firms to join William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty. The campaign was executed as a combination of direct mail postcards and emails, with each message highlighting a unique aspect of the company’s value proposition.
The key messages focused on our culture, the support we offer, our brand and global network as well other topics such as our leadership, tools, training, and exclusive market insights.
My role in this campaign involved both leadership and hands-on contributions. I managed the process by overseeing a team responsible for the creative development while ensuring the campaign aligned with the premium Sotheby’s International Realty brand. I provided the copywriting, crafting persuasive headlines, body copy, and calls-to-action tailored to each message theme, and assisted with the production of print and digital assets to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency throughout the campaign.
